The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office and IT Administrator to join our team to support two offices here in London. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day office administration tasks, including office supplies management, organising team events, and providing first-line IT support to the other employees. Key Responsibilities

Office Administration:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all office-related inquiries.
  • Manage daily office operations, maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the office, including ordering office supplies and liaising with vendors and service providers.
  • Coordinate office logistics, such as shipping, receiving, and mail distribution.
  • Ensure all office equipment is functioning properly.
  • Monitor and order office supplies to ensure stock levels are maintained.

Event and Party Organisation:

  • Plan and organise company events, parties, and team-building activities, including coordinating with vendors and venues.
  • Organise weekly breakfast, lunches and other in office events.
  • Manage budgets and timelines for company events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Organise internal meetings, celebrations, and other office functions to maintain a positive workplace environment.

IT Support:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for basic IT-related issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
  • Provide support with setting up and maintaining office IT infrastructure, including computers, printers, TVs, conference facilities and network systems.
  • Assist employees with password resets, software installations, and resolving connectivity issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office administration, IT support, or a similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic IT troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience managing office supplies and vendor relationships.
  • Event planning experience is a plus.
  • An outgoing, lively personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Basic understanding of network systems, including Wi-Fi, routers, and printers.
  • Experience in providing technical support in a professional environment.
