About the team:
You will get to be part of a dynamic team composed of Careem veterans to new tigers who joined on a mission to build and propel Careem Food to become the market leader. As a Marketing Ops Executive you will have the essential role of being responsible for executing our marketing strategy and vision by successfully aligning and deploying our commercial campaigns and ensuring their effective delivery.
What you'll do
- Support the marketing operations for the Food team, including:
- Creation & scheduling of promotional activities
- Setting up codes in back end systems
- Identifying and managing user segments for promotional activities
- Managing restaurant participation in campaigns
- QC's restaurants on discount & the functionality of the discounts
- Maintain weekly updates on spend dashboards & reporting in general
- Run financial processes for marketing activities, including raising POs/PRs and interactions with finance
- Manage incoming requests from partners to enable / disable marketing activities in a timely fashion
What you'll need
- Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic
- Very high attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure to deliver accurately
- Strongly process-oriented; possibly to include knowing what parts of a process can be improved
- Strong sense of ownership - we can't leave an action undone!
