We're dedicated to revolutionizing the way people dine out. Our DineOut service, integrated into the Careem everything app, connects users with the best dining venues in their City, providing a seamless experience from discovery to getting there and enjoying exclusive discounts when dining.

We are looking for a passionate and innovative Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for DineOut. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative marketing, and partnership management to elevate the DineOut brand and drive user engagement. If you have a knack for creating compelling marketing campaigns, a strong understanding of the Dubai dining scene and the drive to grow a revolutionary product, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy that encompasses digital campaigns, partner collaboration, and brand positioning.
  • Utilize deep insights into user behaviour to tailor the in-app experience, ensuring a seamless journey from discovery to dining. Implement targeted campaigns to drive user engagement and retention.
  • Forge strong relationships with restaurant partners, creating mutually beneficial marketing initiatives. Ensure partners are integrated into the DineOut ecosystem in a way that enhances the user experience and drives business growth for both parties.
  • Employ a data-driven approach to understand market trends, user preferences, and campaign performance. Use these insights to refine marketing strategies and work with product teams on optimizing user experience.
  • Craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences in Dubai, highlighting the unique experiences DineOut offers. Manage brand presence across various channels, ensuring consistency and impact.
  • Work closely with product, commercial and finance teams to align marketing initiatives with user needs and company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with specific expertise in product marketing, digital platforms, partnership management, and brand development.
  • Proven track record in developing and managing marketing campaigns, and understanding of product positioning within an app-based environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to inform marketing strategies, including customer segmentation, targeting, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of the Dubai dining scene, consumer behaviour, and experience in adapting marketing strategies to diverse cultural contexts.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a knack for problem-solving and creative thinking.
