We are seeking a visionary People Partner ready to help define the future of our operations. In this key role, you will be the strategic HR lead partnering directly with our Group Operations leaders. Your mission is to bring our global People Strategy to life and pioneer our journey to achieve Blue Collar Excellence across all our locations.

About the role
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to our leaders across group operations based in Stockholm and to our leaders and teams in Denmark & Finland. You’ll support leaders in their day-to-day people topics, help shape and retain teams that thrive & perform, ensure a consistent and high-quality employee experience etc. A core part of the role is to strengthen our Blue Collar Excellence agenda — from Health & Safety and work environment routines to initiatives around skill development, career pathways, and operational people processes.
What you’ll do
- Partner up with Group Operations leaders to understand their business needs and translate them into practical and impactful initiatives.
- Coach and develop leaders through structured leadership routines, training, and feedback, while supporting workforce planning, team dynamics, and everyday people topics.
- Drive Blue Collar Excellence: contributing to safety culture, supporting relevant training, strengthening systematic work environment routines, and ensuring our career framework is clear and motivating for terminal employees.
- Improve and utilise HR tech to streamline processes such as scheduling, attendance and performance routines, and ensure our terminals operate safely, compliantly, and efficiently.
What we’re looking for
Experience from operational/blue-collar environments, ideally logistics, retail or similar
Solid understanding of external workforce management
Strong business mindset — curious about efficiency and operational performance
Knowledge of Swedish labour law and CBAs
Experience with compensation structures and performance routines
Strong communication and stakeholder skills
Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working
Experience supporting change and transformation
Fluent in Swedish and English
Bonus
Knowledge of Danish and/or Finnish labour law
Experience supporting other nordic locations
Experience working in a matrix organisation
