💼 About the Role

As Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and developing one of our key operational sites. Your focus will be on driving continuous improvement, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and building a strong, engaged team — all aligned with Instabee’s long-term goals.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

As Site Manager, your role includes:

Leading and supporting your team in their daily work, coaching them to grow and succeed
Ensuring efficient, reliable site operations by setting clear priorities and following up on key activitie.
Planning and managing staffing needs, including coordination with third-party supplier.
Driving a strong safety culture by following and implementing local health & safety regulations
Making sure all site activities align with Instabee’s processes, values, and ways of working
Participating in local or cross-functional projects when relevant

Role Objectives

You’ll play a key role in:

Creating a well-structured, well-staffed site operation that runs smoothly and consistently
Providing hands-on leadership and being present in the daily operation
Ensuring a safe, healthy, and engaging workplace for all team members
Supporting continuous improvements based on team input and operational needs
Building a team culture that’s positive, professional, and aligned with Instabee’s values
