Elevate E-commerce Delivery with Instabee!

Instabee is seeking a commercially minded, hands-on,strategic and data-driven Commercial Operations Manager to join our Stockholm HQ! You’ll be a key resource in strengthening our commercial offering towards our merchants and deepen merchant partnerships — all while helping shape the future of e-commerce delivery. The role reports to the Commercial Director, Sweden. For the right person, there is also the opportunity to take on team leadership over time.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze data to monitor and evaluate both commercial and operational performance.

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve our operational setup for merchants, enhancing both our offering as well as the overall experience for merchants and their end consumers.

• Participate in merchant meetings to uncover and validate improvement opportunities, then implement tailored, impactful solutions.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Commercial, Product, Tech, and Operations to continuously improve, optimize, and evolve our merchant offerings.

• Drive and lead initiatives that extend beyond day-to-day commercial operations—owning projects that are closely tied to Instabee’s core business, delivering measurable short- and long-term commercial impact.

About You

You’re structured, curious, and thrive in fast-paced environments. A natural problem-solver, you enjoy turning complexity into clarity and working cross-functionally to get things done.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field

• 2–5 years in management consulting, growth, or operational excellence

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Track record of leading cross-functional projects

• Commercial mindset and interest in logistics & customer experience

• Consulting experience is required; leadership experience is a plus, but not a must
