About the role as Senior Terminal Worker:
We need to expand our team in the heart of our operations - the production.
In our terminals, packages arrive daily to be sorted and delivered to our customers, as well as packages that need to be reloaded and sent to other cities. As a Senior Terminal Worker you will ensure that operations continue during daytime and evening hours without hindrance and carefully ensure that goods enter and leave the terminal according to schedule.
The Senior terminal worker's assignment is to be a role model and supporting leader for new and experienced terminal workers to ensure compliance in competence and ways of working. The assignment includes everyday tasks as a terminal worker, you will be an important function during the onboarding for all new terminal workers and for the development of experienced terminal workers.
Fulfill your duties as a terminal worker, this is the core of your role.
Lead, coach and motivate colleagues in their work.
Actively collaborations with other Senior Terminal workers, Operations Coordinators, Terminal Coordinators and managers within Operations to to reach the goals for Instabee Operations on site and within the region.
Be responsive and keen on deviations within our operational processes.
Being a role model and encourage changes when implementing new processes and other change work.
Take ownership in colleagues development by sharing experiences and knowledge.
Always set a good example and be a present role model within the operations and everyday work.
Introduce new colleagues and evaluate their performance during onboarding.
The job is full-time and work shifts can vary between 07:00-23:00 according to schedule on all days of the week.
