About the role:
We are now looking for a super-dedicated Locations Sales Manager to join our team in the Netherlands!

With thousands of boxes in seven countries in just under three years, Budbee Box has seen rapid growth. We are offering consumers what they need when it comes to a delivery - when they need it. We're establishing and nurturing the network of Budbee Box locations in our different markets and are at the starting point for this business division within Budbee.

As a Locations Sales Manager, you'll play a fundamental role in expanding our footprint in both the Netherlands and Belgium, by approaching, partnering, and forming alliances with future location partners for our Budbee Boxes to be placed on their premises. For this position, you will both be a part of a global team working with Budbee Box across our seven markets as well as an expanding team of +50 people at our offices in Amsterdam.

Further, as Budbee grows at the same speed as the light travels, we are looking for a highly adaptable colleague who is able to switch between long-term strategic initiatives one moment and go into rapid, tactical actions the next.

About you

  • Be a strategic thinker, able to grasp business metrics in the context of overall company goals

  • Have an extra drive for tough negotiations and being a true problem solver

  • High emotional intelligence, so you can easily deal and build relationships with different kinds of people, both internally and externally

  • Strong ability to get what you want and it should come naturally to build win-win business models

  • A creative mindset that is willing to take bold bets despite the risk of failure

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and verbal

  • Minimum bachelor's degree within a relevant field or equivalent practical experience

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales with a proven track record

  • Personnel responsibility experience

  • Drivers license
