Who are we looking for?

Your mission: drive revenue growth and expand the client portfolio across Eastern Europe.

As a Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our sales strategies in the region and work in close relationship with the entire organization (product, presales, project and operations teams).

You will be responsible for selling and growing our full portfolios across the Eastern European region, selling solutions such as:

  • Video Delivery & Processing (CDN, Origin, Transcoding, CDVR, Multiview etc.)
  • Monetization (SSAI, Anti-piracy, etc.)
  • Video Services (Analytics, Bench, QoE probes, etc)
  • SaaS and Managed Services

Your main missions are :

New customer acquisition

  • Work directly with leading media companies in the video industry (Broadcasters, pure OTT players) to help them address their streaming business needs.
  • Proactive hands-on prospection with a solutions selling approach requiring a hunting mindset, the goal being to identify new business opportunities.
  • Management of opportunity pipeline: engagement management with new prospects up to commercial negotiation and closing.
  • Identify and nurture key ecosystems of partners (system integrators, technology partners, resellers …).
  • Develop networking by attending industry events.
  • Together with VP Sales, define a sales plan for the region and drive its execution.

Strategic Account Management and Existing Customer nurtering

  • Map client's organization and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in order to understand their needs and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Ensure understanding and bring tailored solutions solving their problems.
  • Entry point representative for existing contracts, you will orchestrate the activities with the rest of the organization (project manager, product, presales).
  • Prepare proposals, pricing models, and contract negotiations.

Continuous improvement missions

  • Develop, share and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the ecosystem.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales operations teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Use our internal CRM to report selling activities and account management.

What are the requirements?

Hold a university degree in Business OR Engineering.

Experience in Sales and/or Business development in the media and telecom industry.

Good level business relationships with leading video streaming providers (OTT) .

Strong understanding of the video delivery, monetization and processing business in large Eastern Europe(including Greece and Turkey) with proven success.

Fluency in oral and written English is essential.

Local language would be a plus.

  • Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Ability to work as a team leader, following Broadpeak’s values.

Working Conditions

  • Remote position
  • Travels to meet customers, when needed (minimum 30 %)
