Who are we looking for?

Within the Finance Department of an international, publicly listed SME, you will be responsible for producing reliable accounting and financial data.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of financial statements, managing monthly closings, and complying with tax obligations.

Working closely with our accountant, you will implement efficient quarterly closing processes, optimizing timelines.

Beyond accounting and tax expertise, this role requires a strong understanding of business processes and management challenges, in a context of technological innovation.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting Supervision & Closings
  • Oversee accounting operations, closing entries, validation of provisions and accruals.
  • Reconcile payroll and fixed assets.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and quarterly closings.
  • Prepare semi-annual and annual statutory accounts.
Tax & External Relations
  • Reconcile VAT declarations and prepare other tax filings (C3S, R&D tax credit, etc.) in collaboration with the accounting firm.
  • Act as the main point of contact for auditors and tax authorities.
International Accounting & Consolidation
  • Supervise accounting for subsidiaries (USA, Canada, Singapore) with local firms.
  • Prepare consolidation and intercompany reconciliations.
  • Produce semi-annual and annual balance sheets, financial statements, and management reports for publication.
Continuous Improvement
  • Enhance the ERP system (NetSuite), implement electronic invoicing and document management systems.
  • Set up automated financial reporting.
  • Monitor, analyze, and forecast overhead and external expenses.
  • Maintain internal controls and stay up to date on legal and tax developments.
  • Propose improvements to existing processes and tools.

What are the technical requirements?

You hold a higher education degree in accounting/finance (DCG, DSCG, Master CCA or equivalent).

You have a professional level of English, enabling regular communication with international subsidiaries.

You have 5 to 10 years of proven experience in accounting, ideally in an international or tech environment.

You are proficient in French accounting standards (FR GAAP).

You are comfortable using ERP systems (such as NetSuite) and Excel.
