Senior Product Designer, Driver Experience

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to support user experience and design within the Driver domain of our Rides team. You'll help shape the everyday tools that drivers depend on to earn.Bolt's ride-hailing business continues to grow year-on-year, with drivers at the centre of that growth. About the role

As a Senior Product Designer in the Driver team, you'll lead design across a sub-domain — taking initiatives from problem framing through to shipped experiences, and setting the bar for craft and usability along the way.You'll partner with PMs, engineers, and researchers to translate driver insight into product decisions, contribute to roadmap and strategy, and raise the quality bar for design across the wider Driver team. Success in the role will include measurable improvements to driver-facing metrics and stronger, more coherent end-to-end experiences.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end design initiatives across a sub-domain in the Driver team.
Prototype early and validate ideas through testing.
Present clear, structured thinking to senior stakeholders.
Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers.
Raise the quality bar and contribute to our design system.
Balance speed with craft across multiple initiatives.

About you:

Proven experience shipping digital products at scale.
Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and interaction design.
Ability to present work and influence decisions.
Advanced proficiency in Figma and research tools.
Experience working in fast-moving, cross-functional teams.
