Senior Product Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to own and execute all user experience and design-related aspects of the Incentives domain within the Merchants team. This includes all products related to campaigns, discounts, ads, and promotional mechanics across the Merchants experience. Bolt's incentives experience spans three surfaces: merchants who configure campaigns, consumers who encounter them. This role owns the merchant side of that system, working alongside other designers covering the consumer surfaces. Together you shape how millions of partners run their business and how Bolt feels to the customers they reach. You will play a key role in shaping how millions of partners discover, understand, and manage their ads and campaigns to promote and grow their business. About the role

We’re looking for a skilled Senior Product Designer to take full ownership of the incentives experience across the Merchants domain. Your main objective will be to help evolve and optimise the flows and merchants-facing mechanics for ads and campaigns management. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Help evolve the Merchants platform to help increase business partners’ satisfaction and retention.
Turn complex campaign logic into simple, intuitive user experiences.
Collaborate closely with Incentives, Subscription, Stores, and Growth teams to align business goals with user needs.
Work with engineers and product managers to ensure feasibility and high-quality execution.
Prototype and test concepts quickly to validate ideas and reduce ambiguity.
Partner closely with the consumer incentives designers to ensure merchant-configured campaigns translate into clear, on-brand experiences across consumer surfaces.

About you:

You understand business metrics behind campaigns and subscriptions, and are comfortable managing complex systems effectively.
You’re a collaborative, design-led thinker who speaks the language of product, leading discussions and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
You have extensive experience as a Senior or Staff Product Designer, with a portfolio showcasing exceptional UI craftsmanship.
You know when to prioritize fast iterations and prototypes, collaborating effectively with senior designers and cross-functional teams.
You can communicate fluently in English and confidently pitch your design vision through storytelling, backed by user research and strong design intuition.
You’re expert in Figma for UI, advanced prototyping, and scalable design systems. You actively use AI tools to speed up exploration and iteration.
You may ideally have worked on tools used by marketing and business operators.
