Statutory Reporting Manager

We are looking for a Statutory Reporting Manager to help us build and lead Bolt's in-house statutory reporting function out of our Tallinn office.Location: Tallinn, Estonia

About the role

You'll own the end-to-end preparation of local GAAP financial statements across our global subsidiaries, drive the transition away from external providers, and coordinate audits across multiple jurisdictions. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role at the heart of Group Finance.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Lead the strategic initiative to bring local GAAP financial statement preparation in-house across Bolt Group subsidiaries, transitioning from external providers to an internal reporting process supported by Workiva.
Lead and coordinate the statutory audit cycle across local GAAP entities, acting as the central point of contact between General Accounting, Group Reporting, Tax, and Controlling to ensure alignment across reporting cycles.
Provide technical guidance on local GAAP topics and IFRS reconciliation differences.
Monitor legislative developments across jurisdictions and translate them into reporting changes.
Support new country launches by establishing statutory reporting processes from day one.
Identify automation opportunities and improve Workiva templates, workflows and processes.

About you:

Extensive experience in statutory reporting, audit, or accounting, with direct exposure to multi-jurisdictional local GAAP financial statement preparation.
Prior experience working in or with large multinational groups with complex entity structures.
Familiarity with local GAAP requirements across multiple jurisdictions (e.g., EU countries).
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and deadlines.
Hands-on experience with Workiva or similar financial reporting platform and proficiency in ERP systems (Workday) is a strong advantage.
BA or MA in Accounting, Finance, or Economics and English C1 (advanced) are required.
