Senior Growth Strategy Analyst, Automation & AI

We are looking for a Senior Growth Strategy Analyst, Automation & AI to own the tooling, automation, and cross-functional work that powers Growth Strategy across 50+ markets!Location: Tallinn, Estonia

About the role

You will drive Bolt’s ambition to significantly grow automated incentives management, reducing manual load on Growth Analysts and improving spend precision at scale. You’ll partner closely with Product Incentives, Engineering, and Data Science to close automation gaps, build AI-powered workflows, and make sure new solutions actually get adopted across markets.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Map automation coverage, identify gaps, and prioritise opportunities by impact.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to build and deliver automation solutions.
Own rollout and adoption of automated tooling, training, documentation, and ongoing support for Growth Analysts.
Build and maintain AI and automation workflows, including LLM-powered diagnostics and reporting pipelines.
Run office hours and demos to drive adoption across the Growth Analyst community.
Define requirements and contribute to roadmap and KPI ownership for the Growth Analytics team.

About you:

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics or similar
3+ years of experience in an analytical or strategy role working with large volumes of data
Strong SQL and Python skills and experience with large-scale data platforms (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake)
Hands-on experience building automation workflows, orchestration tools, scripting pipelines, or similar
Solid grasp of statistics and A/B testing
Ability to frame ambiguous business problems, structure arguments from data, and challenge assumptions, even when they contradict stakeholder expectations
Strong communicator who can align technical and non-technical stakeholders
Fluent in English
Experience with LLMs or applied AI workflows and a background in incentives, pricing, or BI tooling (Looker, Tableau) are a strong plus.
