This is a fixed-term role created to support a peak period connected to the rollout of new internal processes, with a strong possibility of extension. Working within the France Safety team, you will handle cases with care and professionalism, support review processes, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to continuously improve Safety KPIs and maintain the highest standards of user support.Location: Paris, France

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Handle Safety-related requests from Riders and Drivers with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy, ensuring responses meet local SLA expectations.
Manage and follow up on driver-related review cases, making sure information is properly gathered, decisions are executed, and outcomes are clearly communicated to the relevant stakeholders.
Respond to Customer Support escalations linked to Riders’ experience with Bolt, providing fast and accurate resolutions.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to contribute to the continuous improvement of Safety KPIs.
Escalate sensitive or complex matters to your manager in a timely and structured manner.
Support team goals by working autonomously, helping teammates proactively, and staying active on relevant communication channels.
Act in alignment with Bolt’s guidelines and values on a day-to-day basis.

About you:

You have experience in operations, customer support, or a similar role — ideally in a tech or platform environment.
You communicate clearly and with care, both in writing and verbally, and can handle sensitive topics with maturity.
You are highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple cases simultaneously without losing quality.
You work well independently and take full ownership of your tasks from start to finish..
You are familiar with computer tools.
You are fluent in French and have a solid command of English (our working language at Bolt).
