Senior Vehicles Specialist
We are looking for a Senior Vehicles Specialist in Prague to manage Bolt Drive's fleet and daily operations.Location: Prague, Czech Republic
About the role
As a Senior Vehicles Specialist, you will assist the Fleet Manager with vehicle operations. You will also carry out daily city logistics, document and key management, authority communication, and seasonal tyre changes to ensure a smooth service and high vehicle availability.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Supporting Fleet Manager with vehicle in-fleet and defleet operations.
Handling daily city operations in Prague to ensure the highest vehicle availability and a smooth customer experience.
Responding to authorities.
Managing spare keys, vehicle documents and other operational inventory.
Coordinating seasonal tyre change project.
About you:
You have a passion and interest in cars.
You’re organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning end-to-end processes.
You understand basic vehicle maintenance and operational workflows.
You stay calm in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and solve issues quickly.
You are fluent in Czech and intermediate in English.
