Operations Specialist
We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven leader to define and execute our Riders/Customer strategy in Thailand. In this role, you will drive growth, engagement and loyalty across the Rider lifecycle, while optimising performance through data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration. You will play a key role in shaping the local market strategy in Thailand, working closely with regional and global teams to deliver impactful initiatives that improve both customer experience and marketplace efficiency.Location: Bangkok, Thailand
About the role
In this role, you will be part of the Riders/Customer strategy, from acquisition to retention, ensuring sustainable growth and high-quality engagement. You will be responsible for translating strategic priorities into clear execution plans, driving continuous optimisation through experimentation, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency at scale. You will collaborate closely with Product, Marketing and Central Operations teams to launch and scale new initiatives, while acting as the voice of the Thai market to influence broader business decisions.
