We are looking for a dedicated Research Specialist to join our Central Operations Compliance team in Tallinn, HQ. Please note that no relocation support is not provided for this role.Location: Tallinn, Estonia
About the role
You will conduct internal and external research across 52+ countries, gathering valuable insights that inform central decision-making. You will support product and operations teams by providing well-organised inputs for development and change initiatives.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Conduct structured internal research across 52+ operational teams to map processes, compliance requirements, and operational nuances.
Build strong relationships with local teams to gather accurate, complete, and context-rich information.
Analyse and validate collected inputs, then translate stakeholder feedback into clear, standardised documentation.
Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks across markets, and consolidate findings to support decision-making and impact estimations.
Maintain a high level of rigour and consistency in documenting findings, ensuring clarity, traceability, and usability.
Conduct targeted external research when needed and continuously improve research frameworks, templates, and workflows to increase efficiency and quality.
About you:
You have proven experience in conducting structured research and turning complex inputs into clear, standardised outputs.
You have strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and gather accurate, context-rich information from cross-functional and local teams.
You have excellent written communication and documentation skills, with a high level of rigour, clarity, and attention to detail.
You have strong analytical thinking, with the ability to synthesise qualitative inputs, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and support decision-making with well-organised insights.
You have ability to work across multiple markets, processes, and stakeholders while maintaining consistency and traceability in research findings.
You have a proactive and structured approach to improving frameworks, templates, and ways of working to increase research quality and efficiency.
