The Operations Specialist will take charge of Bolt Drive (Carsharing) operations across Latvia, helping the business grow and expand by ensuring seamless customer communication, maintaining high service quality standards, and continuously improving the Bolt Drive (Carsharing) user experience. This role serves as a critical link between Operations, Customer Support (CS), Accounting, Marketing, and end-users. You’ll focus on managing investigations, resolving complex disputes, analyzing feedback, and improving processes to boost operational efficiency.
