Senior Product Manager, Micromobility Compliance and Expansion

In this role, you will work closely with public policy and local operations teams to drive product solutions. Are you ready to make a global impact? Join us!Location: Tallinn, Estonia

About the role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will work with a cross-functional team of product analysts, data scientists, designers, and engineers to deliver solutions that meet compliance requirements across new and existing cities. You will identify and prioritise opportunities to improve the implementation of regulatory requirements, ensuring a strong balance between compliance and user experience. In this role, you will support market entry and expansion by aligning with internal stakeholders and enabling effective product configurations for local teams. You will design and iterate on regulatory features such as speed limits, parking zones, and age verification to ensure they are intuitive and efficient for users. You will analyse user journeys to identify friction in compliance-related flows and drive improvements that reduce drop-off and increase usability. You will also collaborate with local teams and external stakeholders, contributing to tenders and supporting engagement with city authorities to demonstrate effective and scalable compliance solutions.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Improving compliance flows within regulatory constraints by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and usability.
Working with platform teams to deliver reliable compliance features, ensuring key validations meet performance requirements.
Owning and managing the roadmap, balancing regulatory requirements with user experience improvements across the Expansion toolkit.
Prioritising initiatives based on regulatory needs, user impact, and data to drive measurable outcomes.
Engaging with external stakeholders, including local authorities, to support effective and scalable compliance solutions.

About you:

You have experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced technology company, and you've shown your ability to balance between compliance and user experience.
You can think of out-of-the-box solutions to meet compliance requirements, not requiring product changes always.
You have experience building and scaling user-facing products, with strong product sense and customer empathy.
You have deep expertise in experimentation and data-driven decision making, and you are comfortable operating with imperfect or limited datasets.
You have clear communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
