Stores Onboarding Manager (Grocery & Retail)
We are looking for a Stores Onboarding Manager to set our enterprise grocery and retail merchants up for success on Bolt’s marketplace from day one.Locations: Warsaw, Poland | Tallinn, Estonia
About the role
You will own the end-to-end onboarding experience—ensuring every launch is seamless, efficient, and on time—while continuously improving how we bring merchants onto the platform through standardized processes and new product innovations.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end onboarding for high-value enterprise merchants, orchestrating complex API/SFTP integrations and platform configurations from kickoff to go-live.
Design, document, and standardize robust SOPs and onboarding frameworks to ensure every launch is efficient, compliant, and ready for scale.
Act as the primary strategic partner for new merchants, delivering high-impact in-store training and providing "hypercare" support to build lasting relationships.
Collaborate with Product, Tech, Sales, and Ops teams to dismantle blockers and streamline the merchant journey through expert stakeholder management.
Proactively identify friction points in the onboarding funnel and spearhead product or process improvements to reduce time-to-launch and boost catalog quality.
Monitor KPIs through the critical first 90 days post-launch while managing operational tools and "picker app" guidelines to ensure peak performance.
About you:
You bring experience in Strategy & Operations, BizOps, or a similar high-growth environment, ideally within e-commerce or digital marketplaces.
You have the ability to translate complex technical requirements into business value, comfortably engaging both engineering teams and C-suite stakeholders.
You hold a data-first mindset with the ability to build sophisticated trackers, reports, and dashboards that turn raw numbers into actionable growth strategies.
You are an expert user of either Excel or Google Sheets, with a knack for building the frameworks and processes that keep a business organised.
You have an exceptional attention to detail and the stamina to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously while hitting aggressive deadlines.
You have a natural curiosity for the why behind operational hurdles and a relentless drive to build better, faster, and more efficient ways of working.
Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
