We are looking for a Senior Global Operations Manager in Tallinn, Estonia, to support with merchant success.Location: Tallinn, Estonia
About the role
As a Senior Global Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategy, operating models, success metrics and key levers to ensure merchant performance. You’ll remove roadblocks, execute initiatives flawlessly, and deliver outstanding merchant success and business performance across a diverse portfolio of markets.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Build, execute, and scale Merchant Success strategies and operating processes that align with our long-term global vision.
Define and monitor the KPIs that dictate Mid-Market performance, ensuring growth is tracked and met from global to local levels.
Champion merchant retention by refining workflows and frameworks that turn every platform interaction into a success story.
Identify business opportunities based on data and feedback to help our Product, Incentive, and Marketing teams develop growth solutions.
Foster deep-rooted relationships with global and local stakeholders to ensure central strategies are perfectly aligned with local priorities.
Become a "friction fighter" by resolving process barriers and deploying automations that empower our teams to operate at their best.
About you:
You are experienced in Account Management, Sales Ops, or Customer Success, ideally within a fast-paced global or regional environment.
You have a track record of defining commercial strategies, setting ambitious targets, and utilizing data insights to steer business-critical decisions..
You hold a deep understanding of commercial metrics and the tooling required to constantly optimize and improve operational efficiency.
You have exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to influence stakeholders and align diverse regional priorities.
You are highly organized and capable of managing multiple high-stakes priorities in a fast-moving, evolving business landscape.
You have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approach to solving business problems and a willingness to be based in and or relocate to Tallinn, Estonia.
