Sales Operations Associate

We are looking for a Sales Operations Associate to support the execution and optimization of Sales processes across Bolt Food’s Grocery & Retail business.Location: Tallinn, Estonia; Warsaw

About the role

The Sales Operations Associate sits at the intersection of Sales, Strategy, and Analytics, with a strong focus on pipeline tracking, performance monitoring, and building tools that improve Sales efficiency and visibility. The Sales Operations Associate will work closely with the Sales Operations Manager and Regional teams to ensure that Sales teams operate with clear structure, accurate data, and actionable insights, enabling more predictable and efficient growth.
