Senior Data Analyst, Bolt Market

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to play a critical role in metrics & dashboard development for the Stores vertical, as well as deploying testing scenarios to optimize our growth.The Stores team at Bolt Food drives data-driven decision-making to improve performance and accelerate growth across our Delivery business. About the role

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will enable data-driven decision-making to support and grow Bolt Food’s Stores business. Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Operations, you will own key performance analyses, build and maintain dashboards, and partner closely with global and local stakeholders to drive measurable business impact. You will work across pricing, promotions, assortment, partner performance, and customer behaviour, ensuring insights translate into clear actions that improve operational efficiency, value propositions, and long-term growth.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Design and manage testing frameworks (e.g. A/B tests) providing structured insights and recommendations.
Define & measure the most impactful KPIs driving the Stores' performance, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
Analyse Customer Value Proposition, customer behaviours, and advertising strategies to optimise Bolt Food’s grocery offering.
Create and update daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and dashboards. Preparation of templates for global and local teams.
Support local and global teams with data-related inquiries.
Analyse data to identify problematic areas in data analysis and suggest improvements.
Act as an owner of your analytical backlog, prioritising work for maximum business impact.
Work closely with product and commercial teams to drive initiatives that attract new partners and grow existing ones.

About you:

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related analytical field.
You have 5+ years of experience in an analytical role working with large volumes of data, with experience in consulting, data analysis, business intelligence, or data-driven solutions. Experience in grocery retail is considered a plus.
You have strong SQL and Excel skills, with experience in Python or R as a strong advantage.
You are experienced with BI tools and data visualization (such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
You are experienced in automation, scaling tools, and scripting for data processing and workflow optimisation.
You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally across teams.
You are based in Warsaw or Tallinn, or are willing to relocate (we support relocation to Tallinn HQ only).
