About the role

We are looking for a Courier Operations Specialist to join our Food Delivery team in Cyprus. In this role, you will take ownership of optimizing the entire courier journey — from acquisition and onboarding to activation — ensuring a seamless and efficient experience at every step. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact: you’ll collaborate with talented, driven colleagues across the globe and play a key role in shaping the next generation of a leading food delivery platform. Main tasks and responsibilities:

Support all Bolt's Food delivery operations in Cyprus.
Create and optimise processes – scaling is our priority; you will help us find the most efficient way to transform thousands of leads into active couriers every month.
Analyse data – you will monitor our engagement, quality and utilisation metrics and ensure a great experience for our users, couriers and restaurants.
Develop and execute strategies to increase our efficiency and solve all kind of operational challenges.
Onboard new partners – training sessions are our best opportunity to develop a strong relationship with our partners and we are always trying to improve the process.
Ensuring adequate courier supply by analysing current fleet performance, order forecasts and aligning with general business requirements.

About you:

Yave 1-3 years of experience in an analytical position.
Yave a data-driven analytical mindset (good Excel skills are a must).
You are professionally fluent in both Greek and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with datasets and tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
You are a hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day.
You are passionate about new technologies and food tech.
