Procurement Specialist

We’re looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team in Tallinn, Estonia.Location: Tallinn, Estonia

About the role

As a Procurement Specialist, you will lead both tactical and strategic sourcing initiatives across global categories, working closely with the Head of Sourcing – Corporate Services & Outsourcing. You’ll manage end-to-end procurement activities including supplier negotiations, contracting, compliance, and stakeholder management, while advising the business on best procurement practices and helping minimise commercial risk across Bolt.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Lead and execute strategic and tactical sourcing initiatives across various cross-category projects where required.
Manage end-to-end RFx processes, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract business terms to deliver optimal value and mitigate risk.
Conduct spend analysis, savings valuation, and market intelligence to identify cost optimisation and value-creation opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on procurement best practices and commercial strategy.
Manage supplier relationships, monitor contract renewals, and resolve commercial issues to ensure high performance and mutual value.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance standards, and sourcing tools while supporting broader sourcing team initiatives.

About you:

You have proven experience in sourcing or procurement.
You have strong negotiation and commercial acumen, with the ability to deliver measurable cost savings and manage total cost of ownership.
You are confident managing end-to-end RFx processes and complex supplier negotiations.
You have an analytical mindset with experience in spend analysis, market research, and data-driven decision-making.
You have excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence and build trusted relationships across cross-functional teams.
You are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with a strong focus on governance and compliance.
