About the role

Join our Total Rewards team and gain hands-on experience in how compensation, benefits, and equity programs are designed and managed in a global company. You’ll support meaningful projects, work with real data, and learn how strategic reward decisions are made. This is a great opportunity to build strong analytical and HR foundations for your career while working alongside experienced professionals.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Support compensation and benefits processes, documentation, and internal communication.

Analyse benefits data, benchmarking information, and market research insights.

Assist with materials and data preparation for the EU Pay Transparency project.

Conduct market research on competitors, roles, and job architecture to support job levelling.

Collaborate on cross-functional People & Workplace projects.

About you:

You are currently studying HR, Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field and are eager to apply your skills in practice.

You are curious about how compensation, benefits, and equity programs work in a global organisation.

You enjoy working with data and numbers and have strong attention to detail.

You are proactive, enjoy being part of a team, and communicate openly.

Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.

Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
