About the role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Intern to support our team with invoice processing, expense report reviews, and payment coordination. In this role, you’ll help ensure invoices and employee expenses are accurate and policy-compliant while supporting timely vendor and employee payments. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial operations, strengthen your analytical skills, and contribute to smooth, efficient day-to-day processes in a fast-paced environment.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Process supplier invoices and employee expense reports in line with internal policies and procedures.

Review submitted expenses for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance.

Support the preparation and execution of vendor and employee payments.

Monitor invoice and payment statuses to ensure timely processing and clear stakeholder communication.

Assist in maintaining up-to-date documentation of accounts payable processes.

Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements in invoice, expense, and payment workflows.

About you:

You are a Bachelor student with at least 2 years of studies completed, or a Master’s student in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

You’re highly motivated, eager to learn, and quick to pick up new concepts.

You have strong attention to detail and enjoy working with structured data and processes.

You’re proactive, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently or in collaboration with others.

You communicate clearly in English and are excited to contribute to real-world finance operations.
