Senior Sales Specialist

Bolt Food Slovakia is looking for a proactive and relationship-oriented Senior Sales Specialist to help us grow our restaurant network and strengthen our presence across the country. This is a full-time, permanent role with a starting gross monthly salary from €2,100, depending on your experience, skills, and expertise.Location: Bratislava, Slovakia

About the role

As a Sales Specialist, you’ll be the face of Bolt Food for potential restaurant partners. You’ll identify opportunities, build trust, and negotiate partnerships that benefit both sides.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Managing the full sales cycle: prospecting, cold calling, meetings, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.

About you:

Fluent in Slovak.
Experienced in sales (at least 1 year preferred), hospitality, retail, or a similar field — but strong communication and negotiation skills matter even more.
Comfortable working with data, tools, and ideally CRM systems.
Resilient, solution-oriented, and confident in conversations.
Organized, independent, and proactive.
Motivated by growth — both yours and your partners’.
