The AI Analytics workgroup is on a mission to transform conversational analytics from a proof of concept into a robust, enterprise scale capability that powers data driven decision making across Bolt. As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will help shape the future of AI in analytics by building a scalable, trusted, and secure solution that goes far beyond experimentation. In 2025, the team laid the foundation by delivering the first working iteration of AI assisted analytics and aligning data modeling around a single source of truth called curated data. This foundation now supports all AI agents and enables high impact self serve analytics for both business users and developers. In 2026, the focus is on scaling this impact across the company. You will contribute to expanding AI ready data coverage, launching general domain agents for broader audiences, and implementing secure and scalable access management for AI driven workflows. You will also help explore next generation tooling and drive measurable productivity gains across the Data Analytics organization.
