B2B Sales Team Lead

We’re looking for a hungry, ambitious B2B Sales Team Lead to join our Bolt Business team in Warsaw, Poland. You’ll be the player-coach leading the team, driving sales in the market, and closing opportunities in the Enterprise/Tier 1 segment, among others.Location: Warsaw, Poland

About the role

We’re looking for a driven individual, a real hunter with proven experience in B2B selling who can turbocharge and drive the success of the Bolt Business team for the market. We need a superstar with a history of great results, who is excellent at hands-on team management and knows how to deliver rapid growth. Main tasks and responsibilities:

Leading a team of Sales Executives and helping them achieve their individual goals.
Negotiating and closing bigger deals, leading the line for your market and working on Tier 0 to Tier 2 deals.
Managing your own sales pipeline and building a pipeline of the biggest companies and opportunities.
Working closely with the Senior Country Sales Manager and sharing market feedback with our product team on Bolt Business solutions and how we should develop them.
Monitoring our competition and keeping your finger on the pulse of the industry.
Spotting shifts, opportunities, and changes, and ensuring we respond quickly by identifying and removing blockers.

About you:

You hold a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
You have at least 6 years of experience in fast-paced B2B sales, with strong expertise in selling business services to SMEs and large clients, and a proven track record of prospecting, closing, and understanding client needs.
You have proven experience in managing a sales team and demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and drive high performance.
You are a CRM expert (ideally with Salesforce experience) who leverages data to optimize team performance. You analyze patterns and trends, translating insights into informed decisions and clear strategic recommendations.
You communicate effectively in both English and Polish, build strong networks, and develop meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You are organized, process-driven, and have strong knowledge of B2B sales methodologies and techniques.
