We’re looking for an analytical and solutions-driven Operations Specialist to help us grow our Bolt Drive operations in Lithuania, with a focus on streamlining and automating processes to make operations more efficient.Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
About the role
The Operations Specialist will support Bolt Drive (Carsharing) operations across Lithuania, contributing to the growth and expansion of the business. You will work closely with the General Manager and Fleet Manager to help ensure the fleet operates smoothly and efficiently. The role focuses on improving operational processes and supporting automation initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Please note that this is a full-time permanent employment opportunity. The monthly gross salary for this role ranges from 2200€ to 2500€ and will depend on your skills, knowledge, and experience.
