Own the performance marketing roadmap, leading ad experiments with specialist support to test new tactics and channels, improve ROAS, and optimise campaign setup and workflows.
Co-manage and initiate ad creative production for Rider acquisition campaigns, analysing creative performance to identify winning assets and guide future creative direction..

About you:

Demonstrated hands-on experience with app-based advertising platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads, with exposure to affiliate or programmatic channels considered a plus.
Proven ability to manage large-scale performance marketing budgets across multiple markets while meeting efficiency and ROI targets.
Experience leading or mentoring small teams within a performance marketing or growth environment.
Strong understanding of ad technical setup and app/web attribution, with experience using mobile measurement partners (e.g. Appsflyer, Adjust, or Singular) and Google Tag Manager, and familiarity with GA4 or BI tools such as Looker considered beneficial.
