Operations Coordinator

Location: Berlin, Germany

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to support our carsharing fleet and daily operations. It’s an exciting once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join the fast-growing mobility sector and Europe’s transportation unicorn.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Coordinate - Bolt Drive operations in Berlin
Manage - The team of 12 Vehicle Specialists
Delegate tasks - Appropriately to each of our Vehicle Specialists who are out in the field
Monitor - Your team's daily KPIs and performance, and find ways to improve their efficiency
Resolve - Customer Service tickets that have been escalated to the Operations Team
Manage - The relationship with our 3PL cleaning partners and coordinate quality checks from our Vehicle Specialists
Create and optimize processes – Efficiency is our priority; you will help us find the most efficient way to run carsharing operations

About you:

You are a collaborator with excellent negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and German
You are a hustler, not stopping after several obstacles a day.
You are analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel skills
You have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approach.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in managing teams especially frontliners.
