B2B Account Manager, Bolt for Business We’re looking for a growth-driven Account Manager to join our Bolt Business team in Estonia. This role is heavily focused on driving usage, upsell, and expansion within existing accounts. You’ll be on the front line with customers, making a high volume of activities, spotting opportunities, and scaling them across accounts and verticals. As the face of Bolt Business, you will work closely with key businesses, deeply understand their operations, and actively push adoption and growth of Bolt’s products.Location: Tallinn, Estonia
About the role
As an Account Manager, you’ll own the commercial growth, retention and expansion of an assigned portfolio of well known business customers. You are not just maintaining relationships- you are actively growing them. You’ll work closely with clients to: Increase active usage and transaction volumes. Upsell additional Bolt for Business products and verticals. Identify scalable opportunities and replicate success across accounts. This is a high-energy, proactive role suited for someone who is hungry, comfortable with frequent communication, and motivated by measurable growth outcomes.
