Senior Program Manager, Venues

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our Central Operations team.Location: Tallinn, Estonia

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and impact-driven Senior Program Manager to lead the global growth and performance of Bolt’s Global Venues program. Venues include high-density locations such as shopping centres, stadiums, transport hubs, tourist attractions and large event spaces across Bolt’s global footprint. This role focuses on building the long-term strategy, developing scalable playbooks and coordinating execution across local and central teams to improve rider experience, operational excellence, profitability and category performance at Venues. You will bring structure to a developing use case ensuring global consistency while enabling local teams to execute confidently and efficiently. You will also own the global business performance of the Venues vertical end-to-end ensuring strong growth, healthy marketplace operations and disciplined cost management. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of strategy, operations, pricing and cross-functional execution ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys shaping an emerging program into a scalable, defensible growth engine

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Owning the global performance of the Venues program, including GMV, CM, marketplace health, category mix, cost discipline, and rider experience.
Building and evolving the global Venues strategy, including venue prioritisation, clustering, and the long-term roadmap for expansion.
Driving execution of Venues initiatives across Product, Analytics, Pricing, Growth, CRM, B2B, Partnerships, Public Policy, and Local Ops.
Improving marketplace health at priority venues, driving clear improvements in acceptance, cancellations, wait times, and operational reliability.
Identifying opportunities to improve rider visibility, discoverability, and experience at Venues, collaborating closely with Product and Marketing.
Working with Partnerships, B2B, and Marketing teams to support venue-level collaborations, access agreements, and co-branded opportunities.

About you:

You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in program management or a related field.
You have demonstrated expertise in a relevant program area.
You have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs on time and within budget.
You have strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
You have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
You are proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
