Senior Data Analyst, Ride-Hailing

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Operations Analytics team and help us scale and improve our products across 55 countries.Location: Tallinn, Estonia

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Proactively work together with other stakeholders to communicate data-based insights. Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques, and provide reports to make business recommendations (e.g, cost-benefit, forecasting, impact analysis).
Work with Domain Managers to prioritise business and information needs. Design and maintain dashboards and automated reporting pipelines to monitor operational KPIs and OKRs. Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Developing and maintaining dbt models that power clean, well-documented, and scalable data marts.
Creating modular, testable SQL layers to ensure data quality and reusability across the analytics ecosystem. Partner with Data Engineering and BI to implement data validation and freshness checks across mission-critical datasets.
Supporting code quality and reusability by contributing to internal analytics tooling and adopting engineering best practices (e.g., Git version control, testing strategies, documentation).
Working with domain managers to define the data roadmap, prioritize analytics projects, and coordinate initiatives across central and regional teams.

About you:

You hold a BSc or MSc in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics. An MBA from a top Institute is a big advantage.
You have 6-8 years of experience in data analytics, with proven expertise in KPI development, data modelling, and dashboard creation.
You are proficient in Presto, DBT, SQL, Python, and Databricks (ML Frameworks are considered a plus).
You can prove your ability to lead experimentation: applied statistics, designing and analysing experiments, and providing recommendations.
You are experienced in automation, scaling tools, and scripting for data processing and workflow optimisation.
You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally across teams.
