We’re looking for a Global Courier Operations Specialist to join Bolt Food’s Central Operations team and drive performance improvements across our markets in Europe and Africa. You’ll work closely with both local and HQ teams to build scalable foundations for our food delivery operations, making a real impact on Bolt’s growth and success. About the role

As a Global Courier Operations Specialist, you’ll be part of a diverse, international team building the foundations for Bolt Food’s global scale-up. You’ll support key areas of our courier operations, collaborating with colleagues from around the world in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Success in this role means proactively tackling business challenges, managing multiple projects and stakeholders, and driving data-driven improvements that help us achieve our food delivery goals. You’ll act as a bridge between HQ and local teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on strategy and targets. Your work will directly influence how we onboard, engage, and support our couriers, and you’ll play a key role in identifying and implementing best practices across all markets.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Work closely with global teams to resolve challenging issues related to Bolt Food courier performance.
Review and improve standard operating procedures, defining scalable and efficient workflows for local teams (including courier onboarding, performance management, engagement, compliance, and centralisation of processes).
Act as a liaison between HQ and local teams, serving as the main point of contact for deploying projects and aligning strategy.
Assist management in identifying operational bottlenecks, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement through thorough analysis.

About you:

You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
You have previous experience (2+ years) in a project-based role, solving complex problems and implementing data-driven solutions.
You bring experience in Tech, Consulting, Sales Operations, or Analytics (a plus)
You are an analytical thinker who enjoys solving problems (advanced Excel skills are a must).
You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
You are willing to relocate to Estonia.
