Partnering closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll lead hiring for top talent in Product Analytics, Data Science, Growth Analytics, and other specialised analytical domains. About the role
As Lead Recruiter for Analytics, you’ll shape and execute Bolt’s global hiring strategy across our Analytics and Data functions, partnering with senior business leaders to align recruitment with growth priorities. You’ll drive hiring for senior and business-critical analytical roles across multiple markets, ensuring we attract and secure exceptional talent in highly competitive environments. Leveraging data, you’ll optimise recruitment processes, mentor and support the TA team, and focus on productivity, efficiency, DEI, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
