Regional Manager

We’re looking for a Regional Senior Manager to lead and scale our Groceries & Retail vertical across seven countries. This is a commercial leadership role with direct ownership of sales growth, partner acquisition, and merchant success.Locations: Warsaw, Poland | Tallinn, Estonia

About the role

Our market share on the markets is small, but the opportunity is massive. To unlock it, we need someone well-connected, highly execution-driven, and hands-on — someone who can bring top Grocers and Retailers into the platform fast, build local playbooks, and drive the business forward through relentless commercial hustle. This is not a strategy desk job. We need someone who has built, sold, launched, and negotiated. You’ll manage a regional team of 7–10 and work across markets to close deals, scale partners, and turn this into a growth machine.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Setting and own the strategy for Groceries & Retail across 7 markets (e.g., Poland, Portugal, etc)
Defining and delivering commercial, growth, and operational targets (e.g., order volume, retention, basket size, delivery time)
Leading, coaching, and inspiring a team of 7–10 Country Managers / Account Leads across multiple geographies
Building and expand our partner network — from top grocery chains (e.g., Schwarz Group, Carrefour, Auchan, Jerónimo Martins, Continente), beauty and personal care chains (DM, Rossmann, Sephora, Wells etc), Pharma (Benu, Dr Max, to niche retailers — ensuring selection, pricing, and operational excellence
Owning the regional P&L, with clear accountability on ROI, margins, and partner unit economics
Driving cross-functional execution with ops, marketing, finance, and product to optimize the full customer journey

About you:

You have a minimum of 6 years of experience in high-performance environments (e.g., tech, consulting, retail, quick-commerce, marketplaces)
You have a proven track record of managing and scaling teams across multiple countries or regions
You have demonstrated ownership of regional or multi-market P&Ls, strategy, and execution
You have a strong B2B or merchant-facing background, with experience in building long-term commercial partnerships
