We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join the Bolt Food team in Prague, the Sales Manager will focus on acquiring top brands and restaurant chains nationally. This is a critical senior level position within our sales team fit for a seasoned sales leader, someone who not only excels in strategic negotiations but also possesses a profound understanding of the industry dynamics and the acumen to navigate complex business landscapes.Location: Prague, Czech Republic
About the role
As a Sales Manager, your role will build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders and contacts within these organisations and utilise solution selling to build internal consensus. Your ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in these significant accounts is vital. The timing of the sales process will be as important as the intelligence gathering of your sales endeavours. Beyond direct sales responsibilities, you will play a crucial role in shaping our sales strategies and processes. Your experience in B2B cold sales and a track record of successful negotiations with top-level accounts positions you as an invaluable asset in guiding our sales team. An essential aspect of your role includes supporting the Team Lead in fostering a culture of excellence within the sales team. You will be instrumental in mentoring and guiding team members, sharing your expertise, and helping to onboard new members.
