Safety Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced Safety Specialist (OHS) to join our team in Warsaw, Poland.Location: Warsaw, Poland

About the role

Bolt is seeking an experienced Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Professional or someone with strong knowledge in legal compliance who would help drive Bolt’s Integrated Management System across our Polish operations. This role sits within our Privacy Legal Team and offers an opportunity to make a real impact by shaping safety and regulatory practices in a fast-paced, innovative environment).

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Work closely with stakeholders and management to ensure Bolt’s Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) processes are appropriate, understood, and effectively implemented.
Act as the main contact person for employees on all OHS matters, providing guidance and support.
Prepare task-specific OHS instructions and training materials, maintain the training register, and ensure regular re-training obligations are met.
Conduct workplace risk assessments and audits, identifying and driving improvement actions.
Lead assigned safety projects with full ownership, ensuring effective delivery and regular progress reporting.
Support specific countries in implementing and ensuring compliance with internal OHS processes.

About you:

You have completed a higher education in the field of Occupational Health and Safety or a similar field, and ideally have at least 3 years of professional experience.
You have excellent interpersonal skills that establish trust and effective working relationships.
You have strong communication and influencing ability.
You have excellent project management and reporting skills and you feel at home in environments where teamwork and aligning with stakeholders is key.
You have a professional level fluency in Polish and English languages.
