We’re looking for an experienced Head of Product Design to oversee the Ride-hailing and Business Product Design teams. You will also collaborate with other product verticals and functions within Bolt, to drive and execute UX- and business strategy across the organisation. Every day, tens of millions of people across the world use Bolt's ride-hailing services to move around. In this dynamic and hands-on role, you’ll be managing and developing a high-performing team of UX professionals and their managers; together, you will drive the development of exceptional experiences that meet both user and business needs.Location: Tallinn, Estonia
About the role
As a Head of Product Design, you’ll be responsible for working directly with senior executives and leaders, making high-level decisions that impact the overall direction of the organisation. Additionally, you should excel in supporting the professional growth of your direct reports, developing strong relationships with stakeholders, challenging current solutions, and enhancing the overall user experience across Bolt's biggest product vertical.
