We’re looking for an Operations Assistant to help us grow our Bolt Drive operations in Lithuania.

Please note that this is a full-time permanent employment opportunity. The yearly gross salary for this role ranges from 23,200 € to 27,600 € and will depend on your skills, knowledge, and experience.

About Us

Bolt is one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Europe and Africa, with over 200 million customers in 50+ countries. We’re a global team of more than 100 nationalities joined on a common mission – to make cities for people, not cars. And we need you to make it happen!

About The Role

As a Bolt Drive Operations Assistant, you’ll help keep our daily operations running smoothly. From handling accident cases and insurance matters to managing fines and user support requests, you’ll make sure every situation is resolved quickly, accurately, and with great attention to detail.

It’s a hands-on role where you’ll learn how mobility operations work behind the scenes, gain experience in vehicles and customer support, and become an expert at solving real-life challenges in a fast-moving carsharing environment.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of traffic fines and user penalties, making sure every case is handled quickly and correctly.
  • Be the go-to person for accident and insurance cases — from identifying what happened to coordinating next steps with our partners.
  • Keep an eye on fuel usage and reports, helping to solve issues and process user compensations when needed.
  • Make sure our users get fair refunds and compensations, and that all payments are processed smoothly.
  • Stay on top of unpaid reservations and forgotten trips, ensuring everything is followed up and closed properly.
  • Communicate with local authorities and partners about parking, road tax, and other vehicle-related topics.

About you:

  • You care about people and you are passionate about helping others.
  • You are an excellent communicator in Lithuanian and English.
  • You are a natural problem solver and quick learner.
  • You have very good attention to detail, are able to multitask, prioritize, and stay focused.

Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, empathy, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!

Why you’ll love it here:

  • Play a direct role in shaping the future of mobility
  • Impact millions of customers and partners in 600+ cities across 50 countries
  • Work in fast-moving autonomous teams with some of the smartest people in the world
  • Accelerate your professional growth with unique career opportunities
  • Get a rewarding salary and stock option package that lets you focus on doing your best work
  • Enjoy the flexibility of working in a hybrid mode
  • Take care of your physical and mental health with our wellness perks
  • Be part of an international and diverse team, in which we ensure a cooperative work environment
  • Some perks may differ depending on your location.
