We are seeking a Junior Operations Specialist who will assist us in managing and supporting our partner merchants to ensure smooth collaboration and high-quality service across Georgia.

The monthly gross salary for this role is 1,945 GEL.
Probation Period: 6 Months
Working Model: Hybrid (on-site with one remote day per week)

Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Manage key performance metrics and monitor merchant activity, ensuring operational excellencetext
- Onboard, train, and activate new merchants, ensuring a seamless platform experience
- Communicate effectively with merchants, addressing inquiries and resolving operational issues promptly
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve complex merchant challenges
- Ensure timely invoicing and respond to merchant questions both verbally and in writing
- Analyze data and provide insights to improve merchant performance and service quality
- You are detail-oriented and comfortable working with data
- You are proficient in G Suite or Microsoft Office programs (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel, Docs)
- You can multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- You have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- You are fluent in Georgian and English (both written and spoken).
- You have a customer-focused attitude and a willingness to learn.
