About The Role

Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Create and Optimize Processes: Identify the most efficient ways to run operations.
- Collaborate: Work with local operations and HQ teams to streamline processes and suggest improvements.
- Supply Management: Manage the driver acquisition, conversion, and activation processes autonomously.
- Data Analysis: Monitor supply performance, quality, and city operations metrics to ensure solid supply coverage and utilization.
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategies to increase operational efficiency and solve operational challenges.
- Partnership Building: Form bonds with local businesses to enhance demand and support supply growth.
- You have 4+ years of experience in Operations, Startup, or other relevant organizations, ideally with experience in analytical tasks
- You are a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Malay
- You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills, and you have hands-on operational skills
- You have a strong motivation to solve problems creatively and efficiently
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment
- You are customer-oriented and will strive to strengthen your driver value proposition to ensure supply growth
