About Us

About The Role

As an Operations Coordinator, you will be at the heart of ensuring our day-to-day store operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your work will have a direct impact on how our stores perform, from maintaining high operational standards to making sure our customers, partners, and teams are fully supported. You will be working mainly from one of the dark stores.

Your daily adventures will include:

  • Lead the establishment and operation of Bolt Food stores (ours and partners) in the country.
  • Act as the direct point of contact with the Supply Chain, Category, Marketing, Customer Support, Courier Operations, Legal and Procurement teams for store-related questions.
  • Train and oversee the store’s staff.
  • Ensure operations continuity, including inventory, picking and packing, acceptance, and other store-related functions.
  • Own one or two stores and be responsible for SOP compliance, implementation and auditing (Food Safety, Health and Safety, HACCP, NPS Score, Quality, Time, Ordering, and Supplier engagement and communication).
  • Work on a standard schedule (9-18h) from one of our stores, with flexibility to adapt at any time when needed.
  • This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and would be suitable for entry-level candidates looking to grow their skills.

About you:

  • Availability to work in different stores, according to the needs.
  • Flexibility to work in different schedules and on weekends, including covering last-minute urgencies.
  • Previous relevant experience in operations management, supply chain/warehouse management, business development, retail, or related industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving quality metrics and operational targets by improving operational processes and frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data to support decision-making.
  • Organized, proactive, and social — you deliver on time, handle stress well, find solutions to business problems, and network easily.
  • Excellent communication and written skills in English and Fluent in Polish (Minimum B2).

Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying if you feel you’re the kind of person described above!

Why you’ll love it here:

  • Play a direct role in shaping the future of mobility
  • Impact millions of customers and partners in 600+ cities across 50 countries
  • Work in fast-moving autonomous teams with some of the smartest people in the world
  • Accelerate your professional growth with unique career opportunities

  • Enjoy the flexibility of working in a hybrid mode
  • Take care of your physical and mental health with our wellness perks
  • Be part of an international and diverse team, in which we ensure a cooperative work environment
  • Some perks may differ depending on your location.
