We are looking for a Global Commercial Operations Manager to support Bolt Food’s Commercial processes and be a key member of the HQ Merchant management team. The team’s mission is to continuously improve commercial efficiency and effectiveness by driving operational excellence, enabling cross-functional collaboration, and delivering scalable tools and processes.

About The Role
(from discovery to rollout), supporting global Sales, Account Management, and Merchant onboarding processes. You will translate complex business problems into clear requirements for engineering teams, while also ensuring technical solutions are understood and adopted by business stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing processes in Salesforce CRM, creating scalable workflows, driving system integrations, managing change and adoption, and leading enablement initiatives (including training and training material creation). You will also serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and successful delivery of global initiatives.

About The Role

You will also serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and successful delivery of global initiatives.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Acting as a bridge between business and technology: translate business challenges into technical requirements, and technical solutions into business value.
- Leading end-to-end project delivery, including discovery, scope definition, prioritization, solution design, rollout, and change management.
- Managing Salesforce CRM for commercial teams, while ensuring integration with other systems and tools.
- Analysing the full Partner Journey to identify process gaps, automation opportunities, and efficiency improvements.
- Building and delivering training programs for 300+ global team members, including documentation, workshops, and enablement materials.
- 3+ years experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Enablement, or Project/Program Management, preferably in digital marketplaces or highly competitive industries.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end projects: discovery, requirement gathering, scoping, execution, rollout, and adoption.
- Ability to discuss technical concepts with developers and translate them into business language.
- Experience with change management: driving adoption of new processes and tools across large, distributed team and support them with training materials
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work with cross-functional teams.
