We’re looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead to join our Bolt Business team in Prague. You’ll drive our sales growth, reach out to businesses, meet clients, pitch, negotiate, and close deals for large-sized businesses.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Leading a team of Sales Executives, helping them achieve their individual goals
- Negotiating and closing bigger deals, leading the line for your market working Tier 1 deals, showing the team how it’s done
- Building and promoting strong customer relationships with the biggest clients and government bodies, owning the essential connections, relationships and networks in your mark
- Managing your own sales pipeline and building a pipeline of the biggest companies and opportunities
- Working closely and giving market feedback to the product team regarding Bolt Business solutions and how we should develop - you’ll be seeing and hearing what businesses need, so you’ll be an essential voice to our product teams.
- You have at least 3+ years experience in fast paced B2B Sales, with at least 1+ years managing sales teams.
- You can effectively communicate in English and Czech, efficiently network, and build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- You’re passionate about sales and consistently achieve ambitious targets, driven by a results-oriented mindset and a commitment to exceeding expectations.

- (.*)","$1 $2") ">You have history of negotiating and closing Tier 1 and Tier 2 deals, ideally selling a service into the SME / Large business sectors.

- You have a BS/MS degree in Business Administration or a related field
