As an Operations Manager, you will oversee Bolt’s micromobility operations in Brussels and Wallonia. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, leading a local team, managing external partners, driving business growth and profitability, while ensuring our users have a great experience.

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution — you will own operational performance, maximize fleet availability, and drive efficiency while ensuring compliance and excellent user experience.
You'll work closely with the local Maintenance team, Operations Specialists, and HQ teams, including Customer Support, Central Operations, Legal and Marketing, to address any issues related to operations or products.

About The Role

You'll work closely with the local Maintenance team, Operations Specialists, and HQ teams, including Customer Support, Central Operations, Legal and Marketing, to address any issues related to operations or products.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Leading and overseeing daily micromobility operations across Brussels and Wallonia
- Collaborating closely with City Operations to ensure seamless alignment on strategy and execution
- Tracking and improving key operational KPIs such as fleet availability, rider satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Supporting the development of effective strategies to enhance our fleet's value proposition and improve performance and retention.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulations and keeping relevant stakeholders informed of any changes or updates.
- 3+ years of experience in operations or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent Excel proficiency.
- You have excellent communication skills in both French and English.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and solve complex operational challenges.
- You are a self-starter who proactively finds solutions to business challenges.
